Please join MostFit founders, Andrew Gavigan and Erin Fukuda, along with BioMechaniX owner, Nick Iadonisi, for our 3rd annual Pushups for Puppies Charity Workout! This is a fun-filled, action- packed, one-hour circuit workout for you and your family.
We're campaigning for Gentle Ben and ALL of his four-legged friends at S.T.A.R.T Shelter Transport Animal Rescue Team.
