The Core Hammer can be used in Group Exercise classes, Small Group training, and Personal Training. In this video MostFit Founder Andrew Gavigan is demonstrating Pistol Squats and Flag Pole Squats with Alternating Slams to work the lower body, core, balance, and explosive power. The unique unilateral challenge provided by the MostFit Core Hammer helps to force the user to stabilize through the core muscles and counter balance through opposite side and antagonistic muscle groups. These functional training exercises demonstrated in this video engage the abdominal muscles, the obliques and other transverse plane muscles, as well as the lats, shoulders, biceps, triceps, forearms, hamstrings, quadriceps, calves and glutes.
