Thruster to Overhead Squat with MostFit SYN Rings

Stability Training for Legs, Glutes, Shoulders, and Core

During the Thruster to Overhead Squat with the MostFit SYN Rings the user should keep their Lats depressed and their back as straight as possible. As the bar extends overhead during the thruster, the user should externally rotate at the shoulders. As the user lowers down through the overhead squat they should keep eyes forward in order to help maintain proper upright posture in the chest and trunk.

MostFit SYN Rings Stability Weight Training

The MostFit SYN Rings require the user to engage more core and stability muscles due to the instability created by the weight plates that move, swing and bounce in multiple directions.

The MostFit SYN Rings are sold as a pair and each one can hold up to a 45-lb weight plate. If you want to add more weight to the bar, simply stack the bar with additional plates or add another pair of SYN Rings side by side to each other.
