Get your heart rate up with this great plyometric workout with Lisa B using the MostFit Core Hammer.
1. Hammer Jacks. Add an overhead press to your jumping jacks and be sure to switch sides. 20 reps on each side.
2. Speed Skaters. Walk or Hop from side to side crossing one foot behind the other in a curtsy. 20 reps total.
3. Lateral Burpees. Perform a burpee on one side of the Core Hammer and jump to the other side for another burpee. 10 reps total.
Repeat circuit 3x.
