The MostFit Core Hammer's unique design allows for so many different types of exercises and workouts. The round urethane head can be slammed on any surface, no need for a tire. It also makes a Core Hammer Stability Push Up easy to do because you can rest your hand easily over the round surface.
Combine the Core Hammer Slam and Push Up for the Burpee Slam. In this video our athlete paces herself as she drops her hips during the Hammer slam. Next she lowers down through a squat and places one hand on the Core Hammer head and the other over the tail and jumps her feet back. After she finishes a full push up she returns to her feet to repeat. Once this movement becomes easier for the athlete we can start alternating her grip.
Add this to a circuit or use it as a stand alone HIIT exercises.
