Core Hammer Alternating Lever Pushups and Hammer Grip Squats

The Core Hammer Alternating lever Pushup is an advanced core, shoulder, chest, arm and stability exercise. Try it if you dare. Be sure to keep most of your weight on the hand thats on the Hammer head. Wider feet will make it easier to stabilize.

 The Core Hammer- Hammer Grip Squat allows the user to stabilize their core muscles and biceps as they drop into a deep squat. Stay on one side and squat for 30 - 60 seconds and switch sides, or alternate from side to side.
