This 5 part circuit work makes use of some of the most effective functional training tools available today including the MostFit Core Hammer, MostFit SYN Rings, MostFit Plyo Caddy, Lebert Equalizers, and Surge. Do each exercise for 1 minute, 3 rounds.
1- SYN Rings Squat to Overhead Press
2- Core hammer Slams
3- Alternating Step Back Lunge with Surge
4- Leg lift to extension with EQs
5- Bulgarian Split squats (:30 each side) w/ Ply Caddy
