1) Core Hammer Overhand Shoulder Raise w/ Twist
In this exercise you'll want to have both hands in the overhead position. One shoulder is being challenged significantly more to raise the Core Hammer, but there is also a challenge in keeping the shoulders and hips even as you twist.
2) Core Hammer Sit Up w/ Shoulder Raise
Take your average sit, add a slight rotational challenge, some extra resistance and a bonus shoulder press.
3) Core Hammer Seated Paddle
Major shoulder and core challenge. Be sure to really extend that lead arm up and out, If you need it to be harder take your feet off the ground.
