Core Hammer and Versa-Tube: Core and Oblique Workout 

The MostFit Core Hammer's unique design allows for so many different types of exercises and workouts. The round urethane head can be slammed on any surface, no need for a tire. This makes it easier to lead group training, bootcamp. or group exercise class and incorporate Sledgehammer and Mace exercises. Add it to a strength and conditioning circuit or a functional training workout. 1) Twisting Split Squat to Core Hammer Slam:
     This move is not only a great stability challenge but it will kick up your heart rate, challenge your lower body, upper body, and core,  and get out your aggressions.

2) Spear the Dragon: Lateral Lunge
    This lateral lunge with extension really engages the shoulder, glutes, obliques and QLs.

3) Versa-Tube lateral Lunge w/ Twist
  This moves takes some of the basics from the Spear the Dragon but turns up the rotational challenge a bit. Make sure the tube is secure under your foot.
