Stoke the Fire with Core Hammer combines a squat with a side lunge to create a great full body, sweat inducing exercise. Hold the Core Hammer in the hammer grip and perform a lunge. extend the Core hammer down as you lunge and scoop it back up in a shoveling motion. the step out to the side, bend the knee, and lower into a side lunge as you reach the head of the Core Hammer out past the front knee.
