Core Hammer Walking Lunge w/ Slam

Walking lunge with sledgehammer slams no tire needed

The walking lunge w/ slam is one of the exercises that really highlights the benefits of the Core Hammer. The user isn't isolated to using a tire or other impact device so they can be mobile when they slam. In this exercise the athlete will lunge forward, step up immediately into a slam, then repeat on the other side. Great lower body, core, and cardio training.
