Flagpole Stability Lunge w/ Core Hammer

Lunges are a great exercise already but with the Core Hammer you can add a unique grip strength and stability challenge. The Flagpole lunge requires more shoulder stability, core balance, and forearm strength and can be easily modified by changing the hand position on the Core Hammer or sledgehammer.
