Remember that ONLY YOU have the POWER to change your own life and to make yourself happy every single day.

It's great to have accountability partners but don’t rely on your spouse, your employer, your kids, your friends - NOBODY!

It’s ok to be alittle selfish and to carve some time out of everyday doing something that brings out the best in YOU. Your activity of choice doesn’t have to be anything extravagant, it can be something as simple as taking a 15 minute walk by yourself at lunchtime or doing so after dinner to get your body moving and to clear your mind.

So I want you to think about doing something for yourself today and THEN GO DO IT!
