SYN Rings - Stability Overhead Squat

The Overhead bar squat can be done with the MostFit SYN Rings in order to train the newbie in the proper form or it can be used to challenge a lifting veteran and push them past a new PR. Apply the safe destabilization of the SYN Rings to the overhead squat forces any user to stabilize the shoulders and even out their hips. Be sure that the athlete depresses and rotates the shoulders as well as abducts the hips.
