Tips for an Awesome Lunge/Rotation Exercise

Amanda Ruller and Andrew Gavigan provide tips for an awesome lunge exercise using the MostFit Core Hammer. Great exercise for legs, butt, and core and the Core Hammer adds another element of stability training and shoulder strength. While holding the Core Hammer in the hammer grip or underhand grip, step forward into a lunge (the leg that is opposite the Core Hammer head should be forward). Pause and find balance at the lowest point of the lunge then extend the Hammer head forward and across the body. Retract the Core Hammer and step back in one explosive movement and repeat.
