How "bouncy" is the Core Hammer?
The head of the Core Hammer is made of a solid, high density, heat molded Urethane, not rubber as some would expect. The Core Hammer will usually rebound to about waste height. In colder temperatures the Core Hammer might rebound slightly less but only for a short time before the material warms up.
Will the Core Hammer Break if I hit it to hard? Will it damage the floor?
The Core Hammer was developed over many hours of testing and R&D over many years. The materials used are incredibly high quality and durable yet meet the functional needs of the product. In other words, this is not just a toy. The Core Hammer head, and handle, can handle thousands of pounds of force. Although the Core Hammer is meant for fitness it is still a hammer. Use common sense before slamming the Core Hammer on any service. The Core Hammer reacts best when slammed on concrete, asphalt, cement, rubber gym mat, or industrial carpet.
