Returns

MostFit® Suspension Strap, MostFit® SYN Rings, MostFit® Plyo Caddy and MostFit® Resistance Bands have a one year warranty for regular wear and tear. Improper use, water/sun damage not included. If one (1) year has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

MostFit® Core Hammer, has a Two year warranty for regular wear and tear. Improper use, water/sun damage not included. If two (2) years has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The Core Hammer is created through a very complicated industrial mixing and heat molding process, very minor blemishes can be expected like small air bubbles or light "swirls" on the surface of the urethane head.

All other MostFit® products sold on this website have a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All retail products sold on this site are subject to the return policy of their manufacturer and requests should be made directly to them.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. This Policy does not remain true if you received a faulty, or less than exemplary product. If after using any of your purchased MostFit™ products you find them to be defective or non-functional, please contact sales@most-fit.com to arrange a return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that your returned item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return has been approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@most-fit.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email sales@most-fit.com and send your item to:

Note: You are responsible for paying shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund. This policy does not remain true if your product was faulty or less than exemplary. In which case, your return shipping will be paid for or arranged for.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
