Team MostFit Ambassador and Master Trainer Tom Holland received his BA in Communications from Boston College and his Master's Degree in Exercise Science and Sports Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association [NSCA-CSCS] and has also been certified by the American College of Sports Medicine [ACSM] the American Council on Exercise [ACE], the National Academy of Sports Medicine [NASM] and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America [AFAA]. Tom is a Level 3 coach with USA Cycling and is a member of the Association for Applied Sport Psychology.
Tom has run over 60 marathons around the world including races in Italy, France, Ireland, and Hawaii. He is an 8-time Boston Marathon qualifier, sub-3 hour marathoner and was the winner of the 2007 Dutchess County Marathon. Tom has run several ultra marathons including a 9th place finish at the "Run to the Sun" ultra marathon, a 36-mile run from sea level to the 10,023 foot summit of Haleakala on the island of Maui, and the JFK 50-mile ultra. He is also a 22-time Ironman triathlete with a PR of 9:56, having competed in Ironman Hawaii, South Africa, China, Malaysia, South Korea, New Zealand, Australia, Germany, Florida, Arizona, Kentucky, Lake Placid and California.
With his message of "Believe in Yourself," Tom has encouraged and coached thousands of people around the world to reach their fitness goals.

Team MostFit Ambassador Mina Mortezaie is a champion Pole Dancer and a sought after pole dance instructor. She is a big proponent of cross training in other disciplines including aerial silks, hoop, yoga, and acro. As a solo dancer Mina has won the 2010 USPDF Amateur division and holds the title of Miss Pole Vixen LA. As a duet Mina and her partner Nadia Sharif have taken first place in the East Meets West Doubles Division and the International Pole Masters Cup doubles division. They were also recently crowned Pole Fit Doubles Champions at the 2013 International Pole Championships in Singapore. In addition to performing around the world Mina's pole dance resume includes Enrique Iglesias's "Dirty Dancer" music video and Diplo's music video "Set it Off." Mina teaches at Evolve Dance Studio and Jagged Vertical Dance and Fitness in Los Angeles.

Cutting edge training for climbers Climbing Coach and Fitness Trainer
Team MostFit Ambassadors Team of 2 are Justen Sjong, the climbing coach, and Kris Peters, the trainer. The coach and trainer have very different jobs, but work together to provide personalized and well-rounded training programs. As a team, they help athletes increase their current training intensity levels and performance. Justen has been climbing since 1992 and has left his mark on elite climbing objectives across the country. In 2008, he established the “hardest free big wall” in the world, Magic Mushroom (5.14a VI) on El Cap in Yosemite. Justen has had the honor of coaching some of the best climbers in the world, including Daniel Woods & Emily Harrington. Kris has been a trainer for nearly a decade. While working hard to become an NFL strength coach, Kris was introduced to the sport of climbing. He quickly realized the potential and need for climbing-specific trainers in the U.S. and turned his studies and attention to helping climbers become more powerful and better overall athletes. Kris works with some of the sport’s biggest names in climbing, including Alex Johnson, Matt Segal, Emily Harrington, and Courtney Woods.

Dr. Santo Riva DPT, OCS, NASM-CPT is the founder of Victory Performance and Physical Therapy. Dr. Santo received his doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Southern California. He is also in the 10% of physical therapists that are certified by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties as an orthopedic clinical specialist. Dr. Santo has a passion for helping people move better and be stronger.
