Anterior Shoulder Raise with Core Hammer

Anterior Shoulder raise with the Core Hammer is a fairly straight forward weight training exercise with a bit of a twist. The athlete in this video is using the overhand grip to do her front raises, but because of the load bing mostly on the right side she is getting a great core challenge as well. Be sure to switch sides to stay even.
