Stadium Jump w/ Twist using the MostFit Core Hammer

Turn up your ploy workout with the Stadium Jump and twist using the Core Hammer. This move is challenging enough for our glutes, legs, and heart rate even before you add a Sledgehammer or twist. Important tip for this move: squeeze your thighs together during the twist so that your hips stay in place and the rotation happens through the waist.
