Use these 3 Steps to Teach Clients How to Swing the Core Hammer

The Core Hammer Slam is an awesome full body strengthening and aerobic conditioning exercise that can be taught to anyone via these 3 easy steps.

  • 1. Hold the Core Hammer in the hammer grip, bend the knees slightly and extend the head of the Core Hammer up over head in to the "zero Gravity" area.

 

  • 2. Once the Core Hammer is extend up and the top hand slides down to the tail, engage your lats and drop your hips back in order to pull the head down in to the ground. Let the Core Hammer bounce until it stops on its own.

 

  • 3. lastly, after the Core Hammer is slammed into the ground, and it bounces, retract it back in to the starting position by sliding your top hand back toward the head.
